United States

Primera Foods is a fully owned subsidiary of Cham Foods. Primera Foods strategically operates four facilities located in the Midwest, the heart of U.S. egg industry.

Products begin with eggs from carefully sourced Midwest producers who share our same commitment to quality and excellence. Primera offers a range of powder and liquid egg products. Primera Foods is the second largest egg powder producer in the United States, offering specialty egg powder blends for the backing industry on top of the standard powder offering. In egg liquid, Primera Foods offers its industrial and food service customers specialty extended shelf-life egg liquid products.

Primera Foods is known for its outstanding quality and as a company that consistently receives superior ratings from the American Institute of Baking (AIB). Primera Foods has set the industry standard for quality, product safety and service. In fact, Primera was the first in the food industry to receive a gold standard from the AIB.

Israel

Cham 2000 (in equal partnership with Tnuva and Fishman group) is a supplier of egg liquid, frozen and powdered, to the industrial and institutional food market in Israel.

The Cham 2000 plant is located in Meron, Israel. The business was established in 1971.

Turkey

Cham Foods operates in the Turkish food market through its subsidiary IPAY.

IPAY was the first company in Turkey to produce and market pasteurized short and long shelf-life egg liquid products for the Turkish industrial and food service market. IPAY is located near Izmir and employs in-line breaking technology in its production process.

Russia

Emerging in new and developing countries is one of our strengths. Together with a local partner, Cham is breaking into the industrial and institutional food markets in Russia as a pasteurized short and long shelf-life egg liquid supplied through its subsidiary, Prima Millange

Mexico

Through a joint venture with a local strategic partner Cham Foods markets and distributes extended shelf life egg liquid products and other egg products to the food service market in Mexico
